Useful runner who has three wins and three places in fourteen starts so far and making an immediate impact on debut for Dr, Richard Newland with a victory in his penultimate run at Fontwell (2m 5f, soft) last month, when 1.5 lengths clear of Sixty Dollars More.
He has continued the strong form, when placing second in a Class 4 contest at Ascot (2m 5f, good) and just a length behind Getalead six days ago. Comes into this contest 4lbs “well in” and is expected to make another bold showing here, with strong claims on the win.

HELTENHAM (1:45pm Lingfield)
Promising French hurdler, who won a bumper at Granville-St Pair Sur Mer, before looking very capable on hurdling debut at Vichy (2m 1f, good to soft) in August, when second in a 4-yo contest and 2 lengths off the winner.
Has since switched to Dan Skelton’s yard and with his tutelage, is expected to be further improved on this UK debut. Distance and ground looks ideal and it’s simply a case of seeing how he adjusts to his new surroundings, with plenty of early backing on the markets already.

TIPPY TOES (4:20pm Chelmsford)
Strong Mark Johnston runner, who placed second in her opening three contests, including when a nose behind Barging Thru here at Chelmsford (5f, a/w) back in April and a length to Beautiful Sunshine in a Class 3 race at Windsor (5f, good to soft).
She took a couple of runs to get back to full sharpness after a break, but finally grabbed a maiden victory in the latest over C&D (6f, a/w) twenty one days ago, when beating Amanda Hug’n’kiss by 3.75 lengths, with the rest a further 3.5 back. Major player and can make it a double in this race.

BASHOLO (5:20pm Chelmsford)
A four race maiden currently for Brian Meehan, but a runner that has improved with each run so far, including a 50/1 fifth at Haydock (6f, good to firm) back in September, when 5.25 lengths adrift of the odds on favourite.
That result has seemingly given her the confidence she needed, with her latest run, bring a third of twelve at Kempton (6f, a/w) and just 1.5 lengths behind the winner, Edge Nibras. She tends to run on late, so may favour an extended trip, but on current form, looks to have more to come and can grab a maiden here.
