Six race maiden, whose best results so far have been successive fourth places Ripon and Musselburgh, both over a mile, finishing just 1.5 lengths adrift of Without Delay in the latter, just sixteen days ago. Wears cheekpieces for the first time, on this significantly longer trip, but has genuine claims, off a very low mark here.

This Michael and David Easterby trained runner got off to a decent start on debut, placing fourth of eight at Pontefract (5f, good to firm) back in May, before taking the spoils at Redcar (6f, good to firm) beating Willard Creek (selected in this article) by 4.75 lengths. Very much the lead contender here and it would be a minor surprise if she is beaten.
4:05pm – NATURAL PATH
Made a superb start over in France, when winning his opening three runs and was eventually brought over to the U.K. by Michael Bell. He has since won twice, when grabbing a double at Lingfield and Yarmouth (both 6f) with more recent form suggesting he is near to his best once again, having placed third in two of his last three runs, including at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) in a Class 2 contest, back in May. Plenty to like here and looks the main threat to favourite Abate.
