Three of his rides go in as favourite to take the victory, with Adjali in the 12:40pm and Janika in the 1:50pm both clear in the betting, while Birchdale is a narrower market leader for the 3:00pm race, with Brewin’upastorm the big danger.
Elsewhere, his other two runners: Valtor and Terrefort, take part in the 2:25pm race which features Frodon and Elegant Escape, in what is likely to be a big ask for either horse.

Richard Johnson has four rides at Cheltenham today, with the main hope for victory today, coming in the shape of Brewin’upastorm, who goes toe to toe with Birchdale in the 3:00pm Ballymore Novices Hurdle.
From the other three rides, both Azzerti in the 1:15pm and Flashing Glance in the 4:10pm offer decent chances, with a strong run needed to take the spoils, while the least likely of the four to grab a win is War Sound, who will need a huge improvement to be involved at the business end of the 1:50pm race
