4:10pm Uttoxeter (4 Places) SHETLAND BUS
Won at Musselburgh last December (2m 3f, good to soft) and followed with a fourth and eight both on soft ground at Ludlow (2m 5f) and Huntingdon (2m 4f), when finishing eight lengths off the winner. Returns to 2m 3f which will suit and will appreciate further rain, if it comes.
4:20pm Catterick (4 Places) CAPTAIN CORCORAN
Won at Navan back in October, but has struggled in three runs on return, finishing no better than eleventh, however he showed improvement at Ripon on latest run, when dropped in level. Needs to continue progressing here in a tough test, but capable of battling for places.
5:20pm Catterick (4 Places) RUNNING CLOUD
Prefers the all-weather, and was a 25/1 winner at Wolverhampton (1m 5f) in January. Reasonable performances since, with a fifth in a Class 4, also at Wolves and over a 1m 5f, the highlight. Returns to Class 5 for this one and capable of being in the hunt here.
