Strong flat and hurdles runner, who took well to chasing on debut here back in November, finishing just half a length behind Master Tommytucker over 2m 2f in beginners chase. Finished second at Plumpton, when odds on favourite last month, but arguably needed the trip and should be much more progressive today in ideal conditions.
3:02pm Kempton – HIGHWAY ONE O TWO – 7/2
Good progression in bumpers, before starting hurdles career in style, picking up successive victories at Plumpton in last two starts, winning the most recent of those by 11 lengths. Conditions suit and offers the main danger to favourite, Buzz.
3:15pm Lingfield – DUBAI WARRIOR – 2/1
Winner in four of five starts, including his most recent contest over course and distance in December. Looks to be a straight fight with Bangkok to take this afternoon’s Winter Derby and a close finish is expected.
