Dam is an unraced half-sister to Sprint Cup and Prix Maurice de Gheest winner, Regal Parade. Big player here for a much coveted future star and anything other than a victory would be a surprise, although Lover Affairs will keep her honest.

Made an impressive debut, when beating Ivory Madonna at Newmarket (6f, good to firm) last month, with the runner-up having placed in two Group 3 contests. This Havana Grey filly, out of Funny Enough certainly looked the part there and Ralph Beckett’s charge is surely going to go on to bigger and better things and looks set to battle Maylandsea for the victory.
4:10pm – MANGO BOY
Some useful performances in the opening five starts for this Chris Wall trained contender, before taking a maiden victory at Yarmouth (1m, soft) at the end of May, finishing strongly to lead in the closing stages and beat Lucayan by a neck. A tenth of twelve in the latest at Newcastle, has however halted the progress, but its hoped first time blinkers help him regain his focus this afternoon. Ascending and Persian Royal offer stern tests, but if back to his best, Mango Boy can feature strongly.
