2:05pm – KIDWAH
Perfect in two starts for Willie Haggas so far, taking the spoils at Doncaster (6f, soft) back in November, beating Filbert Power by 1.25 lengths, before returning from a 208 day break to win once more at Redcar (6f, good) at the turn of last month, impressively winning by 4.5 lengths. Makes handicap bow in this contest of a decent enough mark and looks to have more to come in general, with a strong opportunity to grab a treble.

2:40pm – JIMI HENDRIX
Looked solid on return from a break, when third of six at Salisbury in April, before taking the spoils at Haydock (1m, good) in May, beating He’s A Gentleman by a length, edging clear in the final 110 yards. Ralph Beckett pushed him up to Class 2 level, when third of thirty in the Britannia Stakes at Ascot (1m, good to firm) last month, just 1.5 lengths back from winner, Thesis and ran on well in the closing stages. Can build upon that here and go even better.
4:25pm – CREATIVE FORCE (each-way)
SIx wins in a dozen starts, including victory in the Group 3 – Jersey Stakes at Ascot, last year, which sealed a four-timer. He ended the year with victory in the Group 1 – British Champion Sprint Stakes in October, when a length clear of Glen Shiel and more recently, missed out by a neck to Naval Crown in the Platinum Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot (6f, good to firm). Very much in the thick of it here, although Perfect Power may just be too strong and so the each-way bet at least offers some cover.
