2:10pm – AUSTRALIAN ANGEL
Andrew Balding’s runner has looked very sharp in recent races, winning at Windsor (1m 3f, goosd to firm) in June and following up with a second to Wagga Wagga at Newbury (1m 5f, good). She bounced back to take the victory at Sandown last time out, three weeks ago, beating Franz Strauss by half a length and clearly looks at home over 1m 6f. Faces a tough test against Atlantis here, but if continuing the progress, can take the spoils here.

3:18pm – COME ON GIRL
Michael Appleby’s runner had been without a win since December 2020, but has won two of the last three starts on the all-weather at Lingfield (6f) , including last time out, just a week ago, when half a length clear of Meydan Rose. She looks a real player, if she can transfer that form back over to turf here, with plenty of market interest on the boards.
4:28pm – MUMS TIPPLE
Has never really kicked on from the two opening career wins, but Richard Hannon’s gelding has shown some good form in recent starts, placing third here at Newmarket (7f, good to firm) last month, before a fourth of eighteen at Goodwood (7f, good to firm), when 3.75 lengths adrift of winner, Lyndon B. Well treated off earlier form and can get back to winning ways here, with Ingra Tor and Stone Of Destiny the main threats.
