A Glorious Week At Goodwood Races
The festival opens with an eight race card on Tuesday and features the Group 1 – Goodwood Cup Stakes (2m), with Stradivarius looking to make it a five timer in this contest. The Gosden trained runner, once again goes in as favourite, with the likes of Trueshan and Spanish Mission trying to upset the apple cart.

Thursday is Ladies Day at Goodwood and the Fillies take centre stage on track, with the Group 1 – Nassau Stakes (1m 2f), as Audarya, Snowfall and Joan Of Arc lead the main challengers.
For Friday, the Group 2 – King George Qatar Stakes (5f) is the feature race, with Battaash, like Stradivarius in the Goodwood Cup, looking to make it a five timer in this race. Saturday marks the end of the festival, with a couple of big feature contests, the Lillie Langtry Stakes (1m 6f) and the Stewards Cup (6f) to seal a great five days of racing.
