SATURDAY
Scotland v England (4:45pm)
The SIx Nations Rugby Championship kicks-off this weekend and for week one of the tournament, we have a Calcutta Cup clash between the Auld enemies, Scotland and England. The Scots have had the advantage in recent fixtures and beat England at Twickenham for the first time in 38 years in last years event.
England head coach, Eddie Jones has rung the changes over the last year, giving his side a big overhaul and there is an expectation that Scotland, at Murrayfield and with a settled side of experienced players can once again beat their rivals, but I have a sneaking suspicion the new blood of England can step up a take a morale boosting opening win here.

Tottenham Hotspur v Brighton & Hove Albion (8:00pm)
Spurs take on Brighton in this late FA Cup Clash on Saturday, with both sides looking to return from the footballing hiatus with a win. Spurs come into the game having lost last time out to bogey side Chelsea, while Brighton look to consolidate a seven game unbeaten run, albeit after three successive draws.
Both teams have made changes on Transfer Deadline day, with Spurs bringing in Kulusevski and Bentancur from Juventus, while Brighton brought in German talent Undav, from Belgian side Union St.Gilloise. The home side has won this fixture in the last five meetings in North London or at the Amex and I don’t see this changing here, with Antonio Conte’s men to take a hard fought victory.

SUNDAY
Greaneteen – Dublin Chase (1:50pm Leopardstown)
The big race of Sunday’s Dublin Festival card, is the Dublin Chase, raced over 2m 1f. The favourite for the race is Chacun Pour Soi, with Willie Mullins’ charge looking to repeat the feat of last season’s victory.
However we are looking to **Greaneteen to take the spoils here, with the Paul Nicholls runner beating both the favourite and another race rival in Captain Guinness in the Tingle Creek in December. Of course, making the trip over to Ireland makes for a tougher venture, but this Bryony Frost ride can once again beat his rivals once again.

Nottingham Forest v Leicester City (4:00pm)
A interesting FA Cup tie takes place in the Midlands on Sunday, as Nottingham Forest take on Leicester City at the City Ground, with the Premier League side hoping to not slip up against the Championship team.
Forest were in good form, winning four in a row, before an away defeat to Cardiff City, which has just slowed their chase of a play-off place down, while Leicester have lost just once in the last four games (to Tottenham) and drew with Brighton last time out. The sides last met in 2014 here, with a 2-2 league draw, but with the holders looking to keep hold of the trophy for as long as possible, a strong Foxes side should take the win here, in an entertaining match
