Four race maiden who has shown promise, but hasn’t managed to push on so far. A fourth at Chelmsford (7f, a.w) last month saw them 7.5 lengths adrift of the winner, before a disappointing seventh of eleven last time at Sandown on handicap debut. Has a relatively low level field to contend with and has strong claims, with the market backing.

Winner back in September at Pontefract, but found it difficult in opening two starts this season, although one of those was a Class 2 contest at Musselburgh. Was third of five at Pontefract (6f, good to firm) in latest, seventeen days ago when 2.75 lengths adrift of Mitrosonfire. Needs more but again, some positive movement on the boards make this an interesting each-way selection

Seven race maiden, with two places to his name so far, including at Newcastle (1m 2f, a/w) in April, when 1.75 lengths behind Hotspur Harry. Has since been comfortably held on two turf starts and its hoped a move to Heather Main’s yard clicks something into place. Places look the better option, despite some movement on the boards.
