Without a victory since August 2018 and some twenty-six starts in total. However recent form has shown a welcome return, having placed in three successive starts, including the penultimate run at Thirsk (7f, good to firm), when just a head behind My Thought. Conditions should suit and a good draw is expected to help too. Backed in on the markets, but that long streak is a problem. Each-way backing looks the solid move here.

Two wins in forty-one starts, but has placed eleven times in total. Has struggled for form, since a second at Lingfield (1m 2f, a/w) last December, when just a neck to Subliminal. A recent record of 707780 does not bode well and even with a fair amount of backing overnight, it’s difficult to recommend anything more than place backing.

Two wins in fourteen, with the last of those back in March at Kempton (1m, a/w), when edging Dusty Damsel by a nose. Has since placed 304. His only run on turf saw him finish last of four at Sandown and some 25 lengths adrift in June of last year and he will need to show a vast improvement, now back on grass. Places beckon at best, if he can transfer his all-weather form.

Four career wins, including a Class 2 at York (1m 2f, soft) back in August of last year and followed that with a second in the Cambridgeshire at Newmarket. Form so far this season is -200 and needs to find a return to past form to feature here. Backed in hugely and may attract a few backers, with hopes of improvement.
