Winner over a mile in France and finally picked up his first UK win, over C&D three weeks ago, beating Mythical Madness by a neck. Only rises 2lbs for this drop in class, which looks quite lenient. Angel’s Whisper looks the main concern, but any less than victory would be a disappointment for connections.

A fancied outsider, who has struggled to find any form in recent outings. Won two of opening three starts in 2018, but has ran just twice since, with the latest of those at Kempton a month ago, when last but one in a listed Fillies Stakes and some 8 lengths off the victor. Drops down to Class 5 today, which will help, but needs to find a a massive improvement this afternoon.

This multi-disciplined runner, finished a creditable fourth in the Galway Plate back last year and has picked up a victory in a hurdle at Thurles last October. Returned to action last month, when third in a flat maiden at Limerick, which should help with sharpness. Looks the pick of the bunch in this Grade 3 Chase, but faces a tougher test at this weight.
