Race 1 (4:45pm) GETAWAY GORGEOUS

Has placed either first of second in seven career starts so far, with the latest, a victory at Wexford, when only just, backing up her favourite status, beating My Midnight by half a length. Has not appeared on anything firmer than Good to soft, which could be an issue, if the weather stays clear, but she is receiving 10lbs here and that should swing the race in her favour to a large degree. Very much in the mix.

Race 2 (5:15pm) RESCUE PACKAGE

Looks to have taken to flights well, winning on her third hurdle outing, in a maiden at Kilbeggan, twelve days ago, beating Jaime Summers by 0.75 lengths on good to soft ground. Her only experience on anything faster, was on debut, when fourth at Killarney, so wouldn’t be out of the running, if the ground dries anymore. Every chance, but moisture will help.

(Alternative Selection: BARRINGTON COURT)

Race 3 (5:45pm) HAND IN MY POCKET

Useful performer, who followed a second in a P2P race, with second on debut in a Class 4 bumper at Musselburgh in February. Returned to action, three weeks ago and picked up a maiden victory, beating odds on favourite Jawbox, by an impressive 6.5 lengths at Bellewstown (2m). Previous runs have come after an break, so the relatively quick turnaround asks a question at least, but based off that last run, has a chance, assuming she takes to flights without issue.

Race 4 (6:155pm) BOLD ENOUGH

Initially struggled in P2P runs, before grabbing a second in his last outing at that level (3m). Made rules debut at Naas in January, when a distant fourth (of twenty-one), but improved significantly , after a dix month break, to take the victory at Tipperary four weeks ago, beating 112 rated Hesamanofhisword by an impressive 4 lengths. Strong claims, but may need to find a little more.

Race 5 (6:45pm) ROYAL RENDEZVOUS

Winner of five races from nine starts over rules, both over chase and hurdles, taking the spoils in his latest run at Naas, beating Ministerofsport by a short head, over the extended 2m 4f trip. Struggled in two previous runs over 2m 1f, finishing at least 17.5 lengths adrift, so it’s hoped that the latest has sorted out any issues during that time. Solid performer and likely to be battling for the win.

(Alternative Selections: US AND THEM)

Race 6 (7:15pm) QUAMINO

Four wins in twenty-one starts and found that winning formula, last time out at Roscommon over 2m 5f, on good ground, winning by 4 lengths. Going in as third favourite in the race looks about right here, but may need to find a little more, in what is a competitive race.
