Fort Bastion (stall 9 of 18) peaks in the early part of the Flat season and looks over-priced in the Totepool Thirsk Hunt Cup on Saturday (3.55).
The seven-year-old has form figures of: 21106712051 (4-11) in April or May and finds himself running off his last winning mark because his form tailed off towards the end of last season.
He has a decent record at Thirsk and has run in this race twice before winning in 2014 and finishing in mid-division last year when persistently denied a clear run.
Selection: Fort Bastion – Thirsk 3.55 (1pt e/w, 14-1 generally)
