He has won half of hs fourteen career starts and took the spoils in his latest run at Wincanton, in the Kingwell Hurdle. 22 lengths clear of Song For Someone and a further 20 lengths clear of the rest. Pace could be key here and Moore’s charge could be the one to take the win here.

Next up is HOUX GRIS, who comes into this contest off the back of a third at Chepstow (2m, soft) in his sole run so far, some 22.5 lengths adrift of Adagio. Paul Nicholls has had success with French runners previously that have had little exposure in Britain and this could be a case of a repeat performance here.

The final selection is [GALVIN](https://news.gg.co.uk/racings/ rm-profile-2550725), who comes into the race off the back of a four-timer, securing the latest victory at Cheltenham (3m, good) back in October. Extension to 3m 6f isn’t likely to be a problem, with his dam winning the Durham National in the past. Has a couple of solid threats, but if at optimal form, will be very difficult to beat.
