Sealed a treble at Thirsk (1m 4f, good) when 0.75 lengths clear of Strawberry Rock back in September, before finding opponents a little too good in the Old Rowley Cup at Newmarket, the following month, when 18 lengths adrift of the winner, finishing tenth. Has since been gelded and returns from a nine month break with fitness above all else to prove. However, his two from two in handicaps and has been backed in to potentially add another to list.

She stepped up further still in grade, when finishing second in the Cheveley Park Stakes, missing out by a length to Tenebrism here, last September and has looked to be in strong form this season, placing second in the Listed – Cecil Frail and third in the Group 1 – Commonwealth Cup. Looks suited to the course here at York and has big claims.

Four wins and four places in sixteen, with the latest coming, last time out, here over C&D, when 1.75 lengths clear of Orbaan. A 4lbs rise looks within his grasp and another handicap victory certainly looks within his grasp.
