Matty Sutcliffe explains why this 40/1 Skelton horse could be a good County Hurdle pick at Cheltenham

Weekend Watch tipster Matty Sutcliffe has tipped Charlus for the County Hurdle. GG’s team of tipsters revealed their bets across the live ITV Racing cards during this week’s show.

Sutcliffe is not siding with this horse in the 13:10 at Kempton, but looks to back him at 40/1 for the County Hurdle in March.

Sutcliffe suggests the 40/1 price before he races on Saturday

The Weekend Watch tipster pointed towards the Skelton runner Charlus, saying how it was “interesting how Dan Skelton had entered him in the race”.

Explaining this, Sutcliffe said: “He was a decent horse for Willie Mullins, and so you just wonder if he’s staying on for the 3rd should we take that 40/1 for the County Hurdle before this race”.

The expert’s analysis featured on GG’s Weekend Watch preview show, which is available in full on YouTube.
