Watch Gordon Go – Bang In-Form Stable Bids for 439/1 Tramore Thusday Treble

It was a spectacular weekend for Gordon Elliott, who sent out ten winners in the space of two days. He bids to continue this fine run with a trio of runners at Tramore on Thursday, check out our thoughts on these below, alongside an exclusive QuinnBet sign-up offer of Up To £25 As A Free Bet + 10 free Spins.

FOURNEUX D’ISANKA – 12.35 Tramore 10/1

Gordon Elliott’s first runner on the Tramore card is FOURNEUX D’ISANKA, who comes into this a six-race maiden but has finished in the money a couple of times, most recently when third at Naas in February.

Fourneux D’isanka has shown nowhere near that level of form the last twice, jumping poorly and finishing almost 100l off the leaders at Clonmel last time.

His peak bumper performances when chasing home the likes of Il Courra and El Barra entitle him to plenty of respect, however, and testing ground conditions hold no fears.

Current market leader Guily Billy represents powerful connections but was beaten at prohibitive odds last time and looks no foregone conclusion on the figures.

LUGG RIVER – 1.40 Tramore 9/1

Having shown some useful form for Tom Symonds, which includes a second at Warwick as recently as May, LUGG RIVER looks a shrewd purchase for these connections at £11,000.

She makes her stable debut today, and it looks notable that connections are continuing down the maiden route when her mark looks open to exploitation.

Lugg River handles testing ground and stays further than this 2m5f trip, so he proven stamina should prove a valuable asset at the business end of this contest.

LIEUTENANT HIGHWAY – 3.45 Tramore 3/1

A €31,000 purchase last summer, LIEUTENANT HIGHWAY is related to some fairly useful French performers which include the Listed winning Nisaro De Cimbre.

He was a beaten favourite for a Punchestown bumper on debut in October, but he clearly benefitted plenty from that experience, finishing third when sent over to Sandown last month.

Whilst clearly not atop of the tree in regard to his stable’s top bumper prospects this season, Lieutenant Highway has shown enough to suggest that he can gain a victory in this sphere and the talented Lisa O’Neill is one of the better riders in this race.

Viva Devito rates the main danger on debut for Willie Mullins, but he will need to improve on his Punchestown debut where he was far too keen to do himself justice.
