Verdict
Palladas (second choice) stays further and that might not be a bad thing ahead of this turf and handicap debut, while Inishbeg is another unexposed 3yo who warrants consideration. Power Fizz and Invictus Gold also enter the reckoning but MURASHAH has a fascinating profile for a 5yo and gets the nod to stay unbeaten for Ed Bethell. At a likely bigger price don’t rule out a much better run from Redemption Road on this second go for his new yard.[Richard Russell]

Some promising novices line up for this Grade 2 and all but one were last-time-out winners. Verdict
Though he is a maiden in all spheres and it is almost two years since his last hurdle run, UNION STATION(nap) should have the quality to take this. He is also getting 8lb from his main danger, Fairyhouse runner-up Its Time For A Run. Rememberwhat could get involved if bouncing back to his best. [Tyrone Molloy]

Verdict
The last juvenile to win this race was the British raider Dr Simpson back in 2019 and it would be no surprise to see This Moment show up well for George Boughey. Both Ain’t Nobody and Washington Heights are respected for Kevin Ryan but with Eclairage and Ipanema Queen likely to set a scorching gallop, it could pay to side with SIR LES PATTERSON who should be doing his best work at the finish. Kerdos completes the shortlist. [Dave Stephens]

- Winners everywhere at Cheltenham: Nine of the ten in the 3.00pm won on their latest start. Matiwo, second last time, is the exception.
- Unexposed at Doncaster: Palladas is unbeaten in two starts and tries turf and a handicap for the first time, with trainer and jockey both on 35% or better over the last 14 days.
- Contrasting ground: It is Soft at Doncaster but Good at Cheltenham and Good To Yielding at Sligo, so check each runner’s ground record.
