I was all set to tip Vivas in this veterans’ handicap chase after his best-of the-closers runner-up effort in one of these at Chepstow last time but there’s just a nagging doubt that he’s best left-handed (his chase record right-handed reads 78535595F (0-9)).
Instead, I’m siding with Kim Bailey’s WANDRIN STAR. Like Vivas.
