OVERTHINK was only fourth of eight at Yarmouth last time but he could never get into it off a steady pace and probably did well to get within five lengths of the winner. Flying Standard, the 11-4 favourite for that race, trailed home in seventh after which his trainer said “the gelding was unsuited by what he considered to be a falsely run race on this occasion”. Flying Standard bounced back to run a close second at 9-1 at Salisbury last night and Overthink is also worth another chance. That Yarmouth outing was his first since behind gelded and Mark Johnston’s runners often do best on their second start after a gelding operation,
