Griselda and Bank On Kent ran one-two in a 6f nursery at Pontefract last week and are forecast to start at 5-2 and 3-1 in the Racing Post tissue. However, it paid to race prominently against the inside rail that day and both fell into that category. TOOTA, a close-up third in that race despite challenging very wide and coming from well off the pace, could be value to reverse the form. On breeding, Tim Easterby’s filly is better equipped to cope with the likely deep ground than her rivals (it was good, good to soft in places at the time of writing but could be heavy come post time if the forecast is correct) and her yard won this last year. Last year’s winner Chat Up Line ran fourth in the same Pontefract nursery as Toota when fitted with a first-time hood and Toota also sported that headgear last week.
