2025 Coral Gold Cup Handicap Chase Racecard
A winner of the Ultima Handicap Chase at Cheltenham back in March, Myretown is looking to push his name into the Cheltenham Gold Cup picture and is a leading fancy for Lucinda Russell and Michael Scudamore. Resplendent Grey won the bet365 Gold Cup at Sandown at the end of last season and is a huge challenge for Olly Murphy, while the hugely consistent The Changing Man is another prominent figure in the betting. Hyland is still lightly-raced over fences and is an eye-catching runner for Nicky Henderson, while the likes of Blizzard Of Oz and Monty’s Star will be flying the flag for Ireland.

Coral Gold Cup Handicap Chase Tips
Undoubtedly, Myretown and Resplendent Grey are both chasers on the upgrade and they are entitled to be at the head of the betting for this contest. However, the latter may lack a bit of pace for the event and Myretown does have a much stiffer task on his hands here after that Cheltenham win. One that could run a big race from the lower end of the weights is INCH HOUSE for Paul Nicholls. He had an excellent prep run at Cheltenham last time out when just lacking race fitness in the final stages, but that should put him right for this and off 10st 2lbs he can lead his rivals a merry dance on the front end.
