The drop in trip was against SILKY WILKIE at Lingfield last time, and the move back up to six furlongs, where he found only the highly progressive Annaf too good last time is a big positive. He has only had two attempts at this distance, and both have yielded narrow defeats. This long home straight will play to his strengths, and he has been given a good draw in stall four. He looks capable of defying this rating of 94 in his current mood. He is less exposed than most of these on the AW, having had just six starts (five have resulted in runner-up finishes), and everything looks in place for a big run.
