6.30 Punchestown – IT’S FOR ME (1pt E/W – 7/1 generally)
IT’S FOR ME was too keen in the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham, but it’s to his credit he managed to finish fifth, particularly having been given an exaggerated hold-up ride. Paul Townend then came through the inside route on the worst of the ground while the winner came wide, and with a sounder surface likely to see him to better effect today, he might be worth chancing to reverse the form with the winner. He was by no means disgraced and looks a very fair each-way price.
