There is Group 3 action at the Curragh on Tuesday, with that race and three other from the County Kildare venue, Exeter and Perth featuring in GG tipster Joe Napier’s lucky 15 best bets for Tuesday.

2.15 Exeter – CHIPS AND RICE (1pt e/w – 10/1 bet365)
In a low grade affair, Donald McCain may have found the ideal opportunity for Guillaume, but the eight-year-old has won just one of 22 races over obstacles and top-weight CHIPS AND RICE might offer the better value. Robert Stephens’ mare was decent on the flat for James Fanshawe, while two of her four maiden efforts promised that she could win in handicap company when the time came. She was well-held the last twice, including in her first handicap start, but that was in a stronger race of this level and she has had wind surgery since. Down 3lb, this represents an opportunity if the surgery has worked even remotely.
3.17 Curragh – CAMEO (1pt e/w – 8/1 Paddy Power/Sky Bet)
She has two better favoured stablemates on jockey bookings and in the market but CAMEO could be the Ballydoyle representative to make hay in this Group 3. She took three starts to get off the mark, and was behind the reopposing La Fogata at Punchestown in September, but improved to win comfortably in her own right at this track earlier this month. That was also on her first start on soft going, which is due on Tuesday and the step back up to 1m should pose no issue to this half sister to Listed winner Portland, who won at that level over 1m4f. There is no great form standout in this field to consider the greatest danger.
4.40 Perth – BURNING IT UP (1pt e/w – 12/1 bet365)
Mountain Molly and Diamond Geezer are the pair arriving in the best form, but BURNING IT UP could well be capable of running to a similar level for Nick Alexander. The five-year-old ran well enough when a relatively distant second in a course and distance handicap in April before disappointing back over 2m on good last month. However, not only may he have needed that run, but he looked to need at least 2m4f when second here, so the trip was almost certainly too short last time out. With that freshener under his belt, he could kick on, with the good-to-soft ground (potentially slower) in his favour, while he bumped into a couple of useful types in his novice runs last term.
5.00 Curragh – ZUZUKEL (1pt e/w – 7/1 generally)
Tony Martin has top-weight and handy jumping operator Putapoundinthejar in here, but that could serve to benefit stablemate ZUZUKEL for whom Colin Keane is called up. The five-year-old showed precious little in his first three starts on the flat for Martin but travelled very smoothly through his handicap debut over course and distance at the end of September before fading late. He had been off for 75 days prior and pulled hard, but might benefit from the size of the field if able to get some cover. He is down a further 1lb in the handicap and it would be no surprise if he can win off this mark.
