Markel Richmond Stakes (Group 2) – 6f

  • 9 of the last 10 favourites finished in the top 2 (6 won)
  • 8 of the last 10 winners had been beaten that season
  • 8 of the last 10 winners ran inside the last 30 days
  • 7 of the last 10 winners won last time out

Will be in the first three in the betting, probably has been beaten this season, ran inside the last 30 days and ideally won last time out.

Gordon Stakes (Group 3) – 1m

  • 9 of the last 10 winners last ran 21 days ago or more
  • 8 of the last 10 winners had an OR of 104+
  • 8 of the last 10 winners had already raced at 12f (only 2 had won)
  • 8 of the last 10 winners had 2 or 3 career wins
  • 7 of the last 10 winners came from the first 3 in the betting (3 favourites)

Ran 21 days ago or more, likely to have an OR of 104+, has raced at 12f but doesn’t need to have won at 12f and look to those with just 2 or 3 career wins.

Qatar Nassau Stakes (Group 1) – 1m2f

  • ALL of the last 10 winners had been beaten that season
  • 9 of the last 10 winners had 3 or more runs that season
  • 8 of the last 10 winners finished in the top 2 last time out
  • 8 of the last 10 winners last ran between 28-43 days ago
  • 8 of the last 10 winners had already won that season
  • 8 of the last 10 winners had an OR of 111+
  • 7 of the last 10 winners came from the first 3 in the betting (4 favourites)
  • 7 of the last 10 winners had already won a Group 1

Will have been beaten this season, should have had 3 or more runs this season, finished top 2 last time out and has already won this season. Preferably has an OR of 111+.

Jaeger-Lecoultre Nursery Handicap (Class 2) – 7f

  • 7 of the last 10 winners ran last time out in a C3 or worse (6 finished top 2)
  • 6 of the last 10 winners carried between 9-0 and 9-2

Likely to be single-figure priced, probably has NOT run at Goodwood, has won this season and has all their wins at 5f.

Maiden Fillies Stakes (Class 2) – 7f

  • 8 of the last 10 winners only had 1 run prior
  • 7 of the last 10 winners finished second or third last time out
  • 7 of the last 10 winners last ran at either Newmarket or Newbury
  • 7 of the last 10 winners were either favourite or joint favourite

Probably has had just 1 run, ideally finished 2nd or 3rd last time out. Look for those who last ran at Newmarket or Newbury and favourites have a great record.

World Pool Handicap (Class 3) – 1m (Introduced 2023)

The only running saw a well backed favourite win who was a previous course winner on the same ground earlier that season.
