This looks competitive, but if QUEEN DAENERYS is on song on the back of a break, she should take some beating in this. She has gone well fresh previously, so the absence is of little concern, and she holds the strongest form lines in this field after just seven career runs.
She chased home the useful Run Wild (105) on return last season, and the form in behind has worked out well. She was highly thought of with an entry and a creditable fourth in the Epsom Oaks before heading to France, in which she finished just 4th in the Prix de Thiberville.
That piece of form is excellent (only 1 1/2 lengths behind Wonderful Tonight, who dotted up at Ascot on Saturday), and she got her head in front on her final start (all be it disqualified). She was highly progressive last term, finished out with a career-best and is the highest rated in this field, so if ready to go should be the one to beat and looks a favourable price.

CONTACT has looked a horse to keep on the right side of, and his Chester run when given far too much to do after a slow start and being held up in a slowly run race suggests there is plenty more to come.
That form looks as though it will work out well with the well-positioned runner-up finishing a close fifth in the King George at Ascot next time. Todays’ step up in trip can bring out further improvement, and on the balance of his form, he looks well-handicapped off this unchanged mark of 79 in receipt of 14lbs from his elders.
