A chance is taken on ZAMBEZI FIX to reverse the form with Le Cameleon from their meeting two starts ago over course and distance on 7lb better terms inclusive of the jockey claim.
The favourite had things all his own way on that occasion and a mistake at the second last cost the selection momentum and he is improving with each start notching a career best last time out.
There is also a good chance that this less testing surface will play in his favour and he looks a solid candidate in this field. Stratagem is still only a five-year-old so has improvement to come but his mark looks on the high side for what he has achieved thus far and he wouldn’t be the most reliable in the jumping department.

FARNE was unfavoured by her racing position when held up off a slow gallop at Wincanton last time and now looks ready to strike over hurdles.
The seven-year-old improved her hurdle form for a wind operation at the first time of asking and now makes her handicap debut off a workable mark based on that run and her useful bumper form.
The runner-up from the Wincanton race gave the form a boost next time and the selections Listed and Grade 2 form from her bumper days at Sandown and Aintree suggests she has more to come so gets the vote.

GOLD BULLION looks a very useful type for Paul Nicholls and should take some stopping after impressing in a Warwick bumper last time out to take the scalp of a subsequent winner.
