Lady Nectar is much respected, but it may pay to take a chance on CALL ME GINGER, who caught the eye 12 days ago here over course and distance and shaped as though he is ready to strike. He may well have needed his first two runs of the season, and although he has been tough to win with, his form in defeat makes him look very well treated now.
This is only his second run in Class 4 company after contesting much stronger races last season, and his form figures here at Hamilton read 82 with the runner-up effort in the Scottish Stewards Cup off a 6lb higher mark in a 0-105 race. He has a big each-way shout here in this grade.

[STYLISH PERFORMER] – (7.50 Wolverhampton, 1.5pts each-way – 13/2)
STYLISH PERFORMER clocked a very fast time here when scoring in his Maiden back in March and then improved his level of form when making it two for two over course and distance next time.
He can be forgiven his Ascot flop and reverts to favourable conditions, so he is well worth another chance to continue his improvement, especially given those time figures easily surpass what the short-priced favourite has achieved to date.
