This is far easier than the contest HORSEFLY contested at Salisbury last time when I felt we got no run for our money with the poor ride from Laura Pearson. The handicapper has reacted and dropped her a further 3lbs, and the balance of her form suggests she is worth another go.
This is a drop back into a class 4, and on the evidence of her Kempton run and her form earlier in the season, she should be winning off this handicap mark of 80. She is not straight forward and whether she is on a going day is anyone’s guess, but it’s hard to overlook her at double-figure odds.

A chance it taken on REAL ESTATE who goes very well at this Bath venue and now drops into a class 6 off a career-low handicap mark and caught the eye last time in a better race than this when denied a clear run and stuck on strongly at the finish.
This is not the first time this horse has found trouble in running to finish strongly,(which is a concern) but there is a good bit of pace here, and Luke Catton is a capable apprentice in the saddle. This is the weakest race he has contested for some time, and the trip and track are both spot on, so there will be no excuses here.
