A huge field of 23 line up for this year’s renewal and one of the leading protagonists is last year’s winner Lord Melbourne, who will look to retain his crown for Ralph Beckett. Grey Cuban will have the burden of top weight in this contest, but has proven to be a top class performer in his career, while the likes of Master Vintner and Hopewell Rock line up on the back of some fine efforts

November Handicap Tips

A winner of this race in fine style last season, LORD MELBOURNE will face a much stiffer task to land the double on Saturday, but Ralph Beckett’s charge looks hugely progressive and has the potential to deliver again. He’s 13lbs higher this time around, but the manner in which he won at Epsom in September suggested there’s plenty more to come and with Jack Dace taking off 5lbs then he has a great chance. Castle Cove has been hugely consistent and can chase him home, while Stressfree is a quality performer on his day and can complete the 1-2-3.
