There are five horse racing fixtures taking place on Tuesday 15th September, but Steve Chambers focuses his attentions on two flat meetings. Tuesday’s GG Lucky 15 tips are selected from the action at Redcar and Yarmouth, as our in-house tipster looks to bag a profitable afternoon.
Redcar Tips (Tuesday 15th September 2026)
There are seven races at Redcar on Tuesday, with the action beginning at 1.53pm. Here’s the best bets across the action at the Yorkshire track.
2.53 Redcar – Just Typical (1pt win – 5/1)
Just Typical has been gradually slipping down the handicap in recent outings, but a return to Redcar for the 2.53pm contest could see the Ian Williams-trained raider bounce back to form. His last victory came in this exact race 12 months ago, when he sent off at 18/1. He’s now 2lbs lower than last year’s winning mark, so if he can replicate that effort then has to be close. Cheekpieces will go back on for this event, but if they can bring about some improvement then he should be able to fire once again.
3.53 Redcar – Supplicate (1pt win – 6/5)
Roger Varian’s Supplicate has been in tremendous form all season and goes in search of a fifth victory on the bounce in the 3.53pm at Redcar. The daughter of Ulysses continues to defy the handicapper and was last seen rocketing to a two-length victory at Salisbury off a mark of 81. Now, upped 6lbs for Tuesday’s task, she will be looking to extend her winning run and looks every bit capable. She will need a career best to land this event, but she certainly looked impressive last time out, and can duly bag the six-timer here.
Yarmouth Tips (Tuesday 15th September 2026)
It’s a 2.17pm start at Yarmouth for seven races. Check out our two selections from the East Anglian venue.
2.17 Yarmouth – Magic Box (1pt win – 7/2)
Magic Box appeared to be a horse going places when winning at Catterick last July, but since then the William Haggas-trained raider has struggled to show his best on the track. He was a disappointment at Wetherby last time out, when eighth of ten back in June. He’s been dropped 2lbs by the handicapper for that run, so whilst he’s still 5lbs higher than his last winning mark, he’s one that could be capable off 63. He’s been off the track for a while, but with Tom Marquand taking the ride he could be one that runs well at decent odds.
4.17 Yarmouth – Echalar (1pt win – 4/1)
Echalar scythed through the field to claim victory at Doncaster on his last start, and if he can replicate that run in the 4.17pm at Yarmouth then he looks a key contender. He seemed to relish the 10-furlong trip and whilst he’s been upped 4lbs for that victory on Town Moor, he looks capable of figuring again. Billy Loughnane will take the ride, which is a huge postitive, and he can duly down the well-fancied Hamlet’s Night for James Owen.
